Moo bar Leamington

Helped refurb this Leamington bar,
The concept turns things on its head literally!
Upside down bar!

Staging

1x1 stage boxes,
18mm Mdf pins glue filler & lots of sanding!
Got my lil bro along to speed things up a bit.

Custom made door

Door made from 18mm floorboards
The boards are nailed with out glue to allow expansion and shrinkage.

Tool fair

New kit ! Tool bag, pouch & bar clamps

MDF man

Fitted cupboard and shelves,
Constructed with mdf boards (18mm) and edged with pine.
Time taken:- 1 day

DVD wall unit

Wall hung DVD storage,
Again constructed with 18mm mdf.
Sanded and painted satin white.
Construction time 4 hours including first coat of paint.
With the good weather, its nice to set up the saw and bench in the yard. Also means my body is not coated inside and out with Mdf dust!
